Valentine Date at Canopy Garden Dining & Bar !

Late Post for Valentine day !! Just got the photos only ! :P

We had late Valentine lunch as the actual day falls on a weekday and I'm in Camp.

Oh well, anyway we had brunch at Canopy Garden Dining and Bar at Bishan Park II ! Yup, Our first time visiting this place !

Roses, Cactus (knowing the rose will die eventually LOL! )  and Watch from Swatch.

We then ordered 3 dishes to share.. 

Beef Sampler , Fish and Chips , Egg Benedicts !

Beef Sampler was nice ! as you can see it's suitable for people like me who like small bites even when i'm not hungry ! Small in portion ! :D

Fish and chips was average just like any other fish and chips elsewhere. Choose something else I would say :) 

Egg Benedicts ! I was anticipating for this when i chose this place for brunch ! Yup, I would say it's pretty ok? It was nice together with the ham and the bread. For your info, the salmon and grilled chicken is added on ! You might wanna order the salmon but not the grilled chicken because that small quantity of chicken cost $5 ! Not worth the money I feel. 

Overall, this is a pretty nice place to have your meals especially if you like to dine by the nature ! Which is also the reason why i chose to have my brunch there !

Riders Cafe

Days ago, I brought the girl to Riders Cafe for brunch !

Knowing that she have not been there before , I didn't tell her where we are going.

Riders Cafe is famous for the location as it was away from the city in a very peaceful place. I love it when cafes are far away from the town although transport is one big problem. The brunch menu was heard to be very good too. But we had lunch instead that day ! Definitely we will be going back again I am sure.

Why so? Read on.

I chose to sit by the balcony area although it's slightly hot but the ambience is good ! why not?

Located at Bukit Timah Saddle Club , this is the only horse riding school in Singapore. Sadly , it was a weekday and no one is riding !

I ordered the Riders Burger and Market Fish for the girl. Kinda wish they have more variety on the menu !

The Riders Burger ($17) is darn awesome ! I ordered the beef to be done medium. Every bite was so good..

Looking at it at this timing , Hungry already ! 

Market Fish ! ($25) The sauce with the fish is good too ! the fish was nicely done , not too soft not too hard ! However I feel it will not be filling for me, if you are a big eater , eat something else. The girl has got a small appetite .. 

After eating we went to walk around the place and of course come here must take photo ! 

Such a nice place !

Strongly recommended if you are looking to getaway from the city and have some good fresh air ! 

Definitely I will be there again on the weekend for their brunch ! Remember to make your reservation !

Awesome One day trip ! We had fun ! 

We The Furballs ( WTF )

Months ago , the girl brought me to this pet cafe call We The Furballs as she knew I like to play with dogs ! After that first visit, we hardly went back until last week ! This time I head over with Jiaqi :D

Just have to pay $7.90 ( inclusive of a drink ) and you can stay with the dog for as long as you want !
